Terms of use

1. The service

Song2Chord analyses music recordings and shows chords, tabs, drum notation, separated instrument tracks and synced lyrics for study and practice. Song pages in the catalogue are produced by automated analysis and reviewed by hand; you can also upload your own recording and get the same analysis for personal use.

2. Accuracy

Chords, keys, tempos, tabs and lyric timing are estimates. They are usually right and we fix reported mistakes quickly, but we do not guarantee that any page is complete or error-free. Use your ears; the page is a starting point, not a score.

3. Your uploads

Upload only recordings you have the right to analyse — your own music, recordings you own, or works you are licensed to use. Uploaded audio is used solely to produce your analysis and is not published anywhere unless you explicitly publish the result. You may delete anything you uploaded at any time from inside the app.

4. Copyright and takedown

Song titles, artist names, artwork and lyrics belong to their respective rights holders and are shown for identification, education and karaoke practice. The site does not offer downloads of recordings or lyrics. Rights holders who want a page removed can write to info@song2chord.com; pages are taken down on request, usually the same day.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at scale, try to break the analysis pipeline, bypass rate limits or use the service to redistribute copyrighted material. We may block abusive traffic without notice.

6. Advertising and third parties

The site is supported by advertising (Google AdSense) and uses analytics (Google Analytics) with your consent. How these work and how to opt out is described in the privacy policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, sarkidanakor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including reliance on an incorrect chord or tab. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; disputes are heard by the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.
