Refund policy

Last updated 30 October 2026. Payments for Song2Chord Pro are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. The same applies within 14 days of a yearly renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the pricing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Monthly renewals after the first month are not refunded for partly used periods.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use paddle.net to find your order, or write to us at info@song2chord.com with the email you paid with. Refunds usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
